The icons on the left display red if the item is on Critical pathYou may select “Highlight by Critical Path” and the item bars will turn red if on Critical Path
The left side displays a red vertical bar next to all critical path itemsThe slack is now calculated and displayed to determine how long before an item is on critical path
You may select “Sort By Slack” and the lowest slack items will appear at the top of the Kanban SwimlanesAll critical path items have a red border as well.
Red shading and red borders are used to indicate the items on the current critcal path
Critical Path
Frigg-It allows you to select a milestone to work towards and calculates your critical path & Item Buffer to reach this milestone on the desired date.
The “Slack” or “Buffer” is the number of days an item can slip before it becomes the critical path.
This information is displayed in every view to ensure it remains top of mind
