Status Automations

Work Automations

Blocked → To Do

When a work items predecessors are all DONE or if it has no predecessors, when its parent enters the TO DO state, the item moves from BLOCKED to TO DO

Parent Automations

Blocked → To Do

When all predecessors are DONE or when its first child enters the TO DO state

To Do → Ongoing

When any child enters the ONGOING status, the parent enters ONGOING as well.

Ongoing → Done

A parent remains in the ONGOING state until all children are marked DONE. If a child is added in after the parent is in the DONE state, it will return to ongoing until all children are again DONE

Calendar Start

The calendar start date is determined as the maximum of:
The Calendar End of the last predecessor + Lag + 1 day
Desired Start Date
OR
The date it enters the ONGOING status

Calendar End

The calendar start date is determined as:
Calendar Start + Duration
OR
The date it enters the DONE status

Story Points

Points

There are (2) kinds of points in Frigg It, estimated and actual.
Estimated points are manually entered for any item
Actual points are equal to the estimated points for all work items and the sum of all children points for all non-work items
